Solid Rock Outdoors was founded in 2004 to begin offering guided duck hunts in Texas and Louisiana. We also provided guided goose hunts in Louisiana and the Texas Panhandle. This website was built out of a passion for family, and God’s great outdoors. It is meant to share the outdoor experience with everyone and to display what hunting is really about.
 We are continually acquiring more hunting properties for various hunting potential. We have found that in the Central Texas area that ducks are harder to decoy on larger bodies of water and we want to give our clients the best shot opportunities possible. We have various hunting situations including the flooded timber duck hunts. Our Louisiana guided goose and duck hunts are over abandoned crawfish ponds with an average of two feet of water.
If you are looking for a guided waterfowl hunt with opportunities to take Gadwalls, Mallards, Pintails, Green Wing, Blue Wing and Cinnamon Teal, Widgeons, Buffleheads, Wood Ducks, Hooded Mergansers, and possible Redheads as well as Canadian, Snow and Speckled Geese.
